HEIDI HOLMES The Unremarkable

HEIDI HOLMES

THE UNREMARKABLE

Opening Night Wednesday 16th March 2011, 6-8pm

The Unremarkable is a literal account into the happenings of
the ordinary persons, everyday. Through a series of
self-examining works, artist, Heidi Holmes has made a
collection of works that investigate the possibilities of finding
art in everydayness.
Revealing the remarkable in the unremarkable, Holmes critically
examines how she looks, what she says, how she thinks, all of the
currencies that make her, her. The resulting works are intimate
and honest, exposing all and also nothing.
